The Pastoral Care Ministry was birthed several years ago as we looked over our congregation and saw so many hurting people who desperately needed healing in their lives. Through the years many people, not only from our own congregation but, from all over began to come and find the freedom and healing they needed.

Isaiah 61:1-3 is a good description of the work of the Pastoral Care Ministry.

“The Spirit of the sovereign Lord has anointed me to preach good news to the poor, He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim "freedom to the captives and release " from darkness for the prisoners...to comfort those who mourn, and provide for those who grieve, and to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead  of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair…”

Over the past several years the need for people from around the world to be healed at a deep level has become increasingly evident. With Holy Spirit led prayer it is possible to see people walk in the freedom God has intended for them.

The Pastoral Care Ministry works with groups and individuals to bring about this freedom. We offer weekend seminars to train people in local congregations to minister deep level healing to help their friends experience true freedom in Jesus.  The Bondage to Freedom weekend is designed to take groups through deep level healing. We also are available for pastor’s conferences, seminars, and camps.

The Pastoral Care Ministry leads trips to Israel each year to help people connect with the roots of their faith and meet the people who live there. Our founder and director, Jim Bass, has been traveling to Israel for over 20 years. His experience and friendships guarantee you will see Israel from the perspective of an insider and not just a tourist.  You will never be the same after one of these amazing trips.
